摘要：

In this paper, using the method of literature and logical analysis method analyzed the operation mechanism of community sports public service. The operation mechanism of community sports public service is dynamic system by operational environment, operational subject and operational goal, operational power, operational procedures and operational mode. In this dynamic system, dynamic mechanism, innovation mechanism, coordination mechanism, control mechanism and integration mechanism interacti and influence each other, guarantee the operation of community sports public service system.
