摘要
Taking the flood disaster of Kouqian Town on July 28th in 2010 as an example, the inundated area was extracted from the remote sensing image during the disaster using RS technology; the depth of flood was calculated by using GIS technology with DEM data in order to assess the hazard of flood disaster in grid scale. The results indicated that the areas with high level of flood hazard were mainly located in Old street, the county hospital area and Lianshan bridge area; the calculation result of flood depth was verified through field investigation in order to prove applicability of the method. This research would provide theoretical bases for disaster management and reduction.
