摘要
In the ever-changing times, the survival of the enterprise only overnight, only constantly updated, conform to the trend of the times to develop the real long-term survival. Third-party logistics is a new service industry, its main operating objective is to set a specified time period in accordance with the specified price to provide customers with personalized series of logistics services. Thirdparty logistics mode of operation will not only help enterprises to focus on the main business, but also get more professional than self, more efficient, or even lower logistics services. Now the customer is not only want the value of goods, but also want to enjoy the service process, in such a situation under the implementation of customer satisfaction strategy will be third party logistics business a very good way. This paper mainly summarizes the status of the development of third-party logistics at home and abroad and the research status of satisfaction, and then analyzes the questionnaire and factor analysis of the development status and customer satisfaction of Vientiane in Beijing, and finally draws the factors that affect the customer satisfaction, which provides reference countermeasures, so as to improve the core competitiveness of Beijing Vientiane Logistics.
