摘要：
Based on the composing elements of logistics enterprise's core competence-core resources, organization elements and ability elements, the life cycle stage's features of logistics enterprise's core competence are analyzed, the fuzzy set of each life cycle stage is constructed, and a quantitative model to identify the life cycle stage of logistics enterprise's core competence is built.
