摘要：
Pudendal neuralgia is a very painful condition caused by compression or entrapment of the pudendal nerve. Clinical characteristics include progressive pelvic pain, worsened by sitting, sexual dysfunction and difficulty with urination and defecation. Nantes criteria are used to confirm pudendal neuralgia. We present a group of six patients treated for pudendal neuralgie at the University Hospital in Brno since 2009 and discuss the options for the treatment of this syndrome
