The application of computer statistics software in the research on kindergarten teachers' organizational identification

Computer statistical software is very effective data processing software. The purpose of this study was to use the function of the computer statistical software to compile the questionnaire of kindergarten teachers' organizational identification, and to investigate the status of the organizational identification. Method: 326 kindergarten teachers were investigated with the pool of 25 items; the data were tested with item analysis, factor analysis, and correlation analysis. Conclusion: the norm organizational commitment scale had a good reliability and validity with 21 items. It included a five factor model, namely, emotional commitment, professional commitment, economy commitment, ideal commitment and interpersonal commitment; kindergarten teachers' organizational commitment was in the middle level, and there were significant differences in the educational background and nature of kindergarten, and there were also significant differences in the income, and promotion chance.
