摘要
Computer models for designing Ni-base superalloys have been developed. A mathematical model by using regression equations based on microstructure and property databases has been established and successfully applied to alloy development. Several types of Ni-base superalloys including new generation single crystal (SC) superalloys have been developed using the model. A theoretical modeling of the equilibrium state in multicomponent Ni-base superalloys has also become possible by employing statistical thermodynamics and interatomic potentials. These alloy design programs are being combined with a gas turbine system program to develop a virtual gas turbine in which new alloys can be virtually tested.
