摘要
Excitonic resonance energies of CuInSe2 and CuGaS2 were shown to be greatly affected by the residual lattice strain. A clear excitonic absorption peak was found in high-purity CuGaSe2 polycrystalline thin films even at room temperature, showing the contribution of excitons in optical processes in chalcopyrite semiconductors.
