RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL BEHAVIOR

The study discusses the relationship between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial behavior. The researchers found that achievement motivation has significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior. Those who have higher achievement motivation, are eager to succeed, they might sustain their desire with other things, but once the motivation of running their own business overwhelms, they would choose to pursuit their desire by running their own business.
