摘要
this paper proposes the concepts of AMP pay system based on Ability, Motivation and Performance from the perspective of improving the job competence of employees and the core ability of companies and effectively motivating the working enthusiasm and initiative of employees to consistently enhance the overall performance (individual, department and company). It explores the compost of AMP pay system and the orientation of pay policies and comes up with the basic thoughts of AMP-based pay-point system of post performance and the pay scheme design of pay-point system of post performance.
