摘要
In this work, a Dynamic Optimization Problem (DyOP) for finding the optimal control profiles for important manipulated variables in an Acrylic Acid production process (reactor-flash-absorber system) is solved. Aspen-Matlab interface is implemented for solving the DyOP, using an Aspen model as "plant". Green Chemistry metrics are included as constraints in the optimization problem, demonstrating good performance for preventing explosion in the reactor.
