摘要
Following the tendency of economy globalization and the internationalization of market, tendering & bidding is the major transaction method in the construction market. With the complexity of the project and economy of bidding, combinatorial tendering & bidding of construction project in e-commerce has extensive appliance and wide foreground. But in practice, it is a hard problem of the design of winner-determination model for the diversity of document type and difference of evaluation result in combinatorial tendering & bidding progress. In this paper, we provide a winner-determination model and optimization method based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in combinatorial tendering & bidding of multiple-project. The winner determination problem can be described as 0-1 integer programming model and solved with genetic algorithm. And the reliability of the model was demonstrated by means of an example.
