摘要
Lauryl sulfate anion intercalated hydrotalcite-montmorillonite (DDS-LDH-MMT) was a new complex layered material. DDS-LDH-MMT was synthesized by a self-assemble method. The lauryl sulfate anion intercalated hydrotalcite (DDS-LDH) was firstly prepared by an ion-exchange method, and then sodium montmorillonite (Na-MMT) and DDS-LDH were exfoliated in the different solvents using an ultrasonic method. Lastly, two sols with different sheets of DDS-LDH and Na-MMT were mixed to form the DDS-LDH-MMT. The influences of solvents, ultrasonic time, and mass ratios of Na-MMT and DDS-LDH on the structure of DDS-LDH-MMT were discussed. XRD pattern shows that DDS-LDH-MMT possesses a periodic layered structure. SEM images verify that DDS-LDH-MMT has the sheet shape and layered structure. FTIR. spectra indicate DDS enters the interlayer of LDH-MMT. The optimized experimental condition is the mass ratio of Na-MMT and DDS-LDH 1:1, the ultrasonic time 0.25 h, and the solvent chloroform.
