摘要
The local morphology of silver nanoparticle films on polydimethylsiloxane can be continuously tuned by illumination and subsequent exposure to water. Illumination causes a plasmon-mediated increase of adhesion. The lower the adhesion, the more water "development" increases the film coalescence. Therefore, a photolithography-like resist-free process is found that allows controlling silver nanoparticles. © 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
