摘要：
We report the case of a 63-year-old man with sudden mechanical ventilation failure due to acute iotrogenic complete obstruction of the endotrocheol tube by a foreign body. The thorough examination of the endotracheol tube shows on obstruction by a plastic transparent dressing.
