摘要：
Probably nobody doubts importance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems but mere implementation of an ERP system does not bring a competitive advantage for a company anymore. On the other hand, innovation and ability to adapt to changing conditions can be perceived as a source of a competitive advantage. The paper focuses mostly on organizational impact of ERP systems but overall classification of all retrieved articles is provided. The literature review is based on Web of Science articles.
