摘要：
The apparent increase in the incidence of the intracranial unruptured aneurysms in the very elderly (over the age of 75) is due in part to improved diagnostic tools and improved span of life. The authors carried out a retrospective review of our cases to orientate decision making of therapeutic strategies in elderly aneurysm patients and to explore prognostic factors of survival.
