摘要：

This paper is designed to establish an evaluation index system of financial ecological environment in Liaoning Province, and then it adopts the Analytic Hierarch Process (AHP) and Delphi Method to make an empirical analysis of the financial ecological environment of Liaoning Province on the basis of the statistics of the Statistical Yearbook of Liaoning Province and the Almanac of China's Finance. At last, it reaches the conclusion that although the financial ecological environment is being improved year after year, some areas still need boosting.
