摘要：
An effective strategic decision-making model is of great significance for the real estate enterprises to realize a green supply chain management strategy. This paper establishes a green supply chain model based on the analysis of the housing industry supply chain. With the use of ANP, it creates a strategic decision-making model to provide the theoretical support for the enterprises to realize the Green Supply Chain Strategic Management.
