Cost-Time Combination Model for Stochastic Project Scheduling Problem

Project scheduling problem is to determine the schedule of allocating resources, so as to obtain an optimal schedule by analyzing the integration effects between the total cost and the completion time. This paper considers project scheduling problem with stochastic activity duration times. Besides the expected value and alpha - cos t model, made by Ke and Liu, chi - time model and cost-time combination model are proposed to solve the problem according to different management requirements, where the theory of goal programming is applied for decision-making.
