摘要：

The method to do reliability analysis based on failure time data is proposed. First, the sample's failure distribution is supposed to be two-parameter Weibull distribution, then goodness of fit test is done by Weibull probability paper, at last parameters are estimated by the best linear unbiased prediction. This method is applied to analyze reliability of tested valve and gains life distribution type, reliability function, probability density function, and mean life.
