摘要：

Regional Flood disaster losses assessment can not only guide the regional flood control planning scientifically, but also provide the reference for the regional land-use planning and regional development planning. This paper designed valid and rapid methods for flood disaster losses assessment based on GIS technology and use of socio-economic spatial distribution method and analysis of the relation between natural factors and socio-economic factors of Changle city flood disasters. This method was applied to the flood disaster damage assessment in Changle city practically. Taking the frequency of 0.001 flood induced by storm tide as an example and using this model to predict the flood disaster losses.
