摘要
The paper presents data on the metastable structures obtained by solidifying the 6xxx/MeB2 composites, elaborated by aluminothermic reactions between salts (K2TiF6, K2ZrF6, KBF4), pre-alloys (AlV10) and AA6060 or AA6063, in the presence of cryolite (Na3AlF6). Through MO, ME (SEM/TEM) and X-ray diffraction the obtained intermetallic structures were highlighted with some properties characteristic of hexagonal, tetragonal and rhombic crystallographic systems.
