The space group of the orthorhombic phase of Nb-doped lead titanate zirconate ceramic material

摘要：
The crystal structure of Nb-doped lead titanate zirconate (PZT) ceramic material was studied. Synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction (SXPD) was used to analyze the true symmetry of the material. It was found that the space group Pnnm is most appropriate for the orthorhombic phase of Nb2O5-modified Pb(Zr0.97Ti0.03). However, this finding still needs to be confirmed by further crystal structural studies.
