摘要：

It is the basis for security of information systems to establish an information system security assurance mode. Firstly, this paper describes the definition and intension of information security assurance; Then based on the analyzes of telecommunication network structure, puts forward information security assurance model of telecommunication network, combining the characteristic of telecommunication network, expounds the three dimensions in detail, which includes object dimension, time dimension and countermeasure dimension. Finally, summaries the characteristic of this model.
