摘要：
Based on land use survey of Yongfu town of Guilin city and analyzing the construction land change in the last 5 years, this paper discussed the construction land situation at the present, and planned the construction land to provide reasonable and scientific planning measures for intensive land use of Yongfu town, so as to improve the land use efficiency.
