摘要
Modern distance education was a new type of education produced with the development of modern information technology, it is the primary means of constructing lifelong learning system in knowledge economy era. At present, distance education was from the teaching form of the second generation based on the radio, television to the third generation of modern distance education across based on computer network, electronic communication interactive technology, and offer development opportunities for its own. Not only change of the students ' learning environment, expanding and enriching learning resources, more important is to make a fundamental change in students ' learning styles, to make students learn and practice of autonomous discovery learning, consultation and cooperation to create learning possible. Thesis such view is a logical starting point, reviewed distance open education learning model of radio broadcasting and television university in China,a city-level TV University in Shaanxi Province as an example, on the autonomous learning model of open and distance education under multimedia learning material composited design, explores's achievements and problems, and specifically proposed the promoting strategies of autonomous learning under the multimedia learning material composited design.
