摘要
In order to accomplish a low-carbon economy, large-scale and long-distance inter-regional energy delivery from northern and western renewable energy bases to eastern load centers has been the key measure to decarbonizing the power sector of China. However, intermittent renewable energy sources bring uncertainties to energy delivery planning. This paper proposed an inter-regional energy delivery planning model considering the uncertainties of wind and photovoltaic, which aims to minimum overall social cost. Combined scenarios are built by studying the historical data of renewable energy's output. The numerical analysis is provided by solving the model with cplex. The corresponding results show the advantage of the proposed method.
