摘要
To consider the effects of uncertainties and correlations of wind power generation, this paper establishes a multi-objective transmission network expansion planning (TNEP) expected value model, and an improved point estimate. method combined with NSGA II algorithm is proposed to solve this model. The presented method can transform the correlated wind speeds sampling space with Weibull distribution into an independent sampling space with standard normal distribution, so the traditional point estimate method can be applied to handle the correlated wind power generation uncertainties with high accuracy. To accelerate the calculation speed of the proposed method, a parallel computation technique is also applied when solving the proposed model. Finally, the effectiveness of the presented method is demonstrated by an application on a modified IEEE 24-bus system.
