摘要
In 2012, the state grid corporation released No. 1 file, the title is "opinion about promoting the' three set five' system construction". Along with the development of buyer's market in electric, under the new situation, the traditional marketing model has become the obstacle of electric power enterprise's development, the "customer oriented" marketing model is gradually established. Therefore, this paper classifies electric power customers from sales and loyalty firstly, and then puts forward differentiated service strategy advice for them.
