摘要：

The article proposes the modernization of the algorithm for assessing the investment potential with the use of new indicators of the qualitative analysis of the long-term investment market: "compressiveness," "depth," and "relaxation" in the system of sustainable financing. This algorithm allows assessing the adequacy of the investment potential, determining the average time for post-crisis relaxation of the investment market, and developing measures to regulate the impact on the market.
