摘要
In this paper we will present the results we obtained from conducting an investigation regarding the stimulation of creativity of the students in the primary cycle through learning workshops based on play and exploration. In our study we started from the idea that the didactic activity must be continuously adapted, so as to ensure to the child, from the earliest age, an environment conducive to the formation and development of skills, abilities, competences, an active, creative orientation, a enterprising spirit. The activities carried out in the curricular area Personal Development and Practical Skills can be designed in close relation with other activities that can contribute to the integral development of the students' personality. The task of the teacher is to know well the learning unit, its specificity and characteristics, the working techniques that can be used, the materials, the resources. In the learning workshops the students benefit from a learning environment prepared to follow their own individual learning paths, according to their needs. They organize and control their own learning process, playing an active role in their activity. This learning paradigm is based on constructivist principles: it offers space for different realities, perspectives, approaches and needs of the students. Education that offers independence, initiative and self-responsibility is particularly important. This is noteworthy, as the current conditions of society and work increasingly promote the development of key skills for students, such as: the competence to learn to learn; interpersonal skills and civic skills; a spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship; cultural awareness and artistic expression, intercultural competences and so on.
