摘要
This paper presents a design scheme of cycling oil cooling for driving motors applied in electric vehicles on the basis of heat transfer theories and hydromechanics. The average wall temperature and pressure drop of the oil channel can be obtained from the proposed design scheme. Then, the effects of channel dimensions and the oil temperature on cooling performance are investigated. Finally, the accuracy of the design scheme is verified by Fluid-Structure Interaction simulation which is implemented by FLUENT utilizing a Computational Fluid Dynamic model.
