The following paper explores the relationships between knowledge management and CSR for the purpose of promoting sustainable development on organizational level. Various aspects and dimensions of social responsibility in organization are presented. The paper presents a major contribution to the theory and practice of CSR in Poland - the model of social responsibility in organization (CRO). Key words: knowledge management, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development.
