摘要
The effect of aging treatment on electrical conductivity of Cu-Zn-Cr-Zr alloy has been studied. A simplified electrical conductivity model of the alloy is introduced. The results show that the electrical conductivity of the alloy after solution-aging treatment has no distinct changes upon aging below 350degreesC, rises rapidly upon aging above 350degreesC, then maintains at 65%IACS high level during aging from 350degreesC to 600degreesC; The change trend of the electrical conductivity of the alloy after solution-cold-drawing-aging treatment is similar to the former but the change is greater than the former alloy upon aging below 350degreesC, and the differences of the electrical conductivity of two alloys decrease and they approach to the same value with the increasing of the aging temperature . The electrical conductivity of the alloy during aging treatment is mainly influenced by recrystallization of the matrix, decomposition of the supersaturated solid solution and the precipitation of Cr and Cu3Zr. Duplex phase structure consisting of dilute copper solid solution and precipitates is responsible for the high electroconductivity of the alloy.
