摘要
In this paper, a dynamic integrated energy efficiency model is presented as part of the efforts in implementing high energy efficiency manufacturing, which also aims to provide model support for energy fine-grain management as well as comprehensive energy efficiency performance analysis and evaluation of computer numerical control machine tools (CNCMT). An integrated energy efficiency index system is proposed for measurement of energy utilization performance of machine tools. And the dynamic energy efficiency model is established based on Discrete Event System Specification (DEVS), which can dynamically acquire the important machining information and the attribute information such as energy consumption and energy efficiency of CNCMT. And a case study of machining a tailstock spindle on CNC grinding machine tools is simulated by using Eclipse to validate the proposed model.
