At present, college students are facing a severe employment situation. Poor college students are vulnerable groups. They face more employment difficulties. By investigating the employment of poor college students psychological characteristics, and explore its causes and proposed targeted recommendations countermeasures. in order to promote the employment of the poor students and community for their concern.
