摘要
VANETs are a kind of adhoc wireless network, which is characterised as restricted topology patterns, node mobility and dynamic in nature. Vehicles communicate with each other via Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V-to-V), Vehicle to roadside unit (RSU) and RSU to Base-Station. Every vehicle is equiped with on board unit (OBU) that helps to communicate with RSU and Base-Station. Routing is very important in communication to establish reliable path between the vehicles. In this paper we will discuss the re-routing algorithm for congestion control and heuristic shortest path algorithm AOMDV for routing and compare it with LIEMRO optimal routing protocol.
