摘要
In this paper, the "Red and Black Graph Mechanism" is designed to describe the distribution graph, network topology and the life cycle dynamic change process of the integrated GIS. This mechanism follows the IEC61970/IEC61968 specification, which utilizes the graphical state, topological model, equipment operating state and the relationship between them to effectively solve the problem of GIS and DMS connected integration mode. The realization principle of the red-black graphic mechanism of GIS integration is expounded in detail from the aspects of data model, graphic version, equipment life cycle, red-black conversion and GIS interface realization, and is applied to Hangzhou distribution automation system. According to the feedback of actual use, it shows that the red-black graphic mechanism has realized the smooth integration of GIS and DMS data. And The red-black graphic can reflect the whole process of dynamic changes from the GIS distribution network data model to DMS system real-time data model, and it also provides a visual and intuitive support for the modernization of distribution management.
