摘要
Design methods for aluminum clapboard and their assembly were put forward and stress analysis for the structure of different aluminum clapboards was performed. The structure of aluminum clapboard meets the working requirements was obtained. Analysis shows that, the thickness of the clapboard has a decisive influence on the carrying capacity of the clapboard. The nicks' number makes the carrying capacity of clapboard changes in the opposite direction in different pulse conditions. Increasing the nick depth will reduce the carrying capacity of the clapboard, but greater impact is acted on the second pulse. Increasing nick width, little effect on the carrying capacity of the clapboard for the first pulse and reduce the carrying capacity of the second pulse. By adjusting the thickness of the clapboard or modulating the number and size of the nicks, the designs of structure could meet the performance requirements of the pulse motor.
