摘要
Water is the base of human survival. Most Chinese water conservancy construction projects solely placed emphasis on the control and distribution of water, without the consideration of water being the major force of the green industry and its significant role in keeping ecological balance. It is important to note the "social benefits, economic benefits, social responsibilities" brought by water conservancy construction projects. In this paper, the author discusses water conservancy projects along the Haihe River with the references of advanced experiences from developed countries.
