摘要：

This paper presents the experience of application of problem-based learning approach in the course Programmable Electronic Systems. This is a course of the fourth semester of the Degree in Electronics and Automation Engineering. The objective of this course is to train students in the design and programming of electronic systems based on microprocessors. A problem-based learning approach is used, consisting of defining a specific problem to be solved in a practical way for each one of the main thematic blocks of the course. The results obtained show high success and performance rates since its implementation.
