摘要
This paper describes a research project focused on the Training in Psychotherapy Integration which is being prepared by the Society for Psychotherapy Integration (Czech Republic) and the Dept. of Psychology, Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University in Brno. Traditionally, psychotherapeutic trainings are formed by specific psychotherapeutic approaches. Real practice, however, requires discovering of procedures tailored for a concrete client. From the beginning, the Training of Integration in Psychotherapy is focused on cultivation of integrative perspective in the course of an ongoing process of education and creativity. Another base of this training is teaching fundamental therapeutic skills which lead to strengthening of common factors. The goals of upcoming research, based on grounded theory principles, are: (1) to contribute to knowledge development concerning integration in psychotherapy education; (2) providing feedback to the trainer's team, focusing on education optimalization. The main question of the whole research project is: how the process of acquiring an integrative psychotherapy perspective within a psychotherapy training of this kind is proceeding?
