摘要
During the process of sailing at sea, the ship is affected by the impact of waves and temperature changes, which will cause slight deformation of the hull structure. Measuring this deformation is very meaningful for understanding the health of the ship. According to the needs of practical projects, this paper designs a device that uses LVDT sensor to measure the deformation of the hull. After the signal returned by the LVDT sensor is conditioned by the AD698 chip, it enters the controller through the signal conditioning part and the A/D conversion part. After the data is packaged in the controller, it is sent to the host computer through the field bus, which realizes all functions from parameter measurement to data transmission. Considering that in the actual use process, the internal temperature of the hull may change greatly in a short period of time, the position and parameters of the key capacitors are specially designed in the circuit design stage. In addition, this paper also designs a calibration instrument that can measure the sensitivity and linearity of the equipment, and tests the hull deformation measuring equipment under fixed temperature and changing temperature respectively. The experimental data proves that the equipment has similar working characteristics under the condition of 30 degrees C-50 degrees C, the linearity can reach 0.269%, and it can be competent for the measurement of the deformation of the hull structure.
