摘要
Power System reconfiguration is vital in order to keep continuous supply to important loads after isolation of the fault, supply is also cut off to some of the un-faulted sections. Most of the approaches for restoration in literature are centralized solutions. Centralized solutions lead to single point of failure, which is undesirable for an electric ship in battle condition. In this paper, a decentralized solution, which uses a proto-type multi-agent system approach, is proposed to isolate the fault and restore the power supply quickly and autonomously. For the simulation of three phase unbalanced system a three-phase PQ load model is developed in Virtual Test Bed (VTB). The system is implemented in VTB and MATLAB is used as an Agent Development Framework.
