摘要：
The authors present a case of a patient who developed donor site SCC, which became clinically evident 6 weeks after an uneventful routine split-thickness skin graft harvesting procedure. The etiology of the arising malignant lesion in this case remains undetermined, as predisposing factors had not been identified. Although this may represent a very rare complication, regular donor site scar monitoring is recommended for early identification and treatment of such an entity. © 2007 Elsevier Ltd and ISBI.
