摘要
With the strengthening of environmental awareness, green supply chain management has regarded as a considerable strategy for engineering construction industry to keep sustainable development. Considering the impact of supply chain of recycling policies and green image of the construction companies and raw materials suppliers, it builds a multi-stage supply chain that is composed of raw material suppliers, construction companies, design units and the owners. By analyzing the running mechanism, the paper gives the reference to the engineering construction industry to solve problems which is encountered in green supply chain management implementation.
