Evolutionary Game Analysis on Incentive Policy to Rural Buildings Energy-Saving

摘要
Considering the respective strategic choices and the characteristics of the payoff, it built an evolutionary game model of the government and farmers group. The replicator dynamics and evolutionary stable strategy of both groups were analyzed; stability analysis of the evolutionary game system was also done. Results are obtained: government incentives, should adhere to the confidence in the long-term gains of energy-saving rural buildings, reduce the construction cost, and increase the revenue of energy-saving rural buildings in use stage. At the same time, government should change the single mode of financing to the farmers for more financial support.
