摘要
Chlorimuron-ethyl is herbicide widely used in soybean production. Chlorimuron-ethyl inhibited ALS to kill many kinds of broadleaf weeds. Study on the effect of chlorimuron-ethyl on soil enzyme was important to assess its safety to soil environment. Climate-control chamber was used to study effect of chlorimuron-ethyl on three soil enzyme activity in soybeen rhizosphere. The results showed that the inhibition of chlorimuron-ethyl on soil urase activity was peaked at 14 day after treatment (DAT) and weaken gradually until normalize. Although the time chlorimuron-ethyl begin to inhibit urase is late and urase activity recover faster but phosphatase activity was stimulated all the time at 115 ga.i./ha and 135 ga.i./ha use rate. Soil cellulase activity was significantly increased by chlorimuron-ethyl at 95 ga.i./hm(2), 115 ga.i./ha and 135 ga.i./ha use rate with in 28DAT and then gradually recovered to normal level.
