摘要
While managing an innovative project the actual task is to provide timely the necessary decision making support to all it participants. A purpose of the research is to develop methodological and theoretical principles of innovative project management in conditions of uncertainty and risk based on ontological analysis and knowledge processing, as well as development of the new intelligent methods and tools to decision making support in problem situations. A unified approach to innovative projects management based on system integration of innovative project management ontology and decision making support ontology is proposed. Innovative project management ontology includes concepts corresponding to different phases of the project life cycle, different groups of project management processes, as well as to different subjects and knowledge areas of the project management. A result of the research is the integrated decision making support ontology in innovative project management, which displays the concepts of project management processes and its individuals for forming the various situations descriptions which require decision making.
